Refine, format and finish your content.
The Editor is where you shape your generated content into a finished response – editing text, applying AI transformations, adding comments, and getting it ready to export.
Edit and format your text
- Open your draft in the Editor.
- Use the formatting tools in the toolbar to style your text.
- Your work saves automatically as you go.
Improve text with AI
- Select the text you want to change.
- Choose a transformation from the drop down buttons (such as Expand or Rephrase), or use Ask AI to give your own instruction. Select which source providers you need for the generated result. The results will appear on the right hand side.
- Review the result before you accept it by clicking the arrow.
Comment and export
- Add comments to leave notes for colleagues.
- When you're ready, export your work to Word or PowerPoint.
If something isn't working
- The Editor won't load or freezes: refresh the page, then clear your browser cache and try another supported browser (Chrome or Edge).
- You can't type or edit: you may have a Reviewer role, or the draft may be open somewhere else – check with the project owner.
- Formatting looks wrong: refresh and re-apply it, and if it persists, contact Support with a screenshot.
