Workbooks help you respond to Q&A-style tenders – usually a spreadsheet of questions – by generating responses against each question and exporting the completed workbook.
Set up your workbook
- Create or upload the workbook in your project.
- Map the question, and answer, columns so AutogenAI knows where to read and write.
Generate responses
- Generate responses against the questions.
- Review each response and tailor it to the bid.
Export your workbook
- Once you're happy, export the completed workbook.
If something isn't working
- The columns aren't mapping: use a clean layout with clear column headers, then map them again.
- Responses won't generate: check the mapping, and that the file has finished processing, then try again.
