Datasets let you group documents together so a project draws on the right knowledge – for example, everything for one client, sector or bid.
Create a dataset
- In your library, open the 'Datasets' tab.
- Select the files you want to include, then click 'Create Dataset'. You can upload Excel/CSV files or extract from library documents.
- Give the dataset a name.
Attach the dataset to your project so your work draws on it.
Get good results
- Keep each dataset focused on one topic, client or bid.
- CSVs/Excels need to be relatively clean.
- Make sure your documents have finished processing before you create a dataset.
If something isn't working
- Your dataset isn't being used: check it's attached to the project.
- Content is missing: confirm the documents finished processing before you added them.
- Error uploading: check file. The limit is currently 10,000 rows and 100 columns. If the csv/excel is larger than this, please split it into multiple documents (adhering to the limit) and upload.
