The Answer Bank is where your team keeps trusted answers so you can reuse them instead of writing from scratch. This guide covers finding and using saved answers.
Find and use a saved answer
- Open the Answer Bank.
- Search for a keyword, or browse the saved answers.
- Add the answer you need into your response, then tailor it to the bid.
Keep the Answer Bank useful
- Keep only current, approved answers, so the team reuses the right content.
- Review and update saved answers regularly.
If something isn't working
- You can't find an answer: try different keywords, and check you have access to it.
- An answer looks out of date: let your team know so it can be updated or removed.
