A user can be assigned to a document to establish clear responsibility, enhancing the workflow. This feature significantly streamlines collaboration, making it easier for teams to work together efficiently.
Assigning a user
To begin:
- Click the silhouette icon to display the dropdown menu.
- Choose a user from the dropdown menu to assign them as the assignee.
- A tooltip will display when you hover over the icon.
- To change the assignee, simply repeat the process above.
