The project home is where you manage your project by proposal stage and have a clear overview of the project. It is the first page you see when you open a project. It shows where your proposal stands and what to do next.

The left-hand panel gives you:
- Phases — Pre-proposal, prepare & plan, and write

- Pinned — quick access to pinned artifacts for easy reference
Each phase tab opens the activities relevant to that point in the proposal.

RFP generation summary
After you upload an RFP, AutogenAI generates documents from it. This section shows the progress of each one.
| Group | Includes |
|---|---|
| Master response outline | A suggested outline extracted and generated from the RFP |
| RFP analysis | RFP summary, scoring methodology and process, forms & legal lists, missing information & potential risks, potential clarification questions, differentiators, buyer's pain points |
| Compliance requirements | Compliance checklist and compliance matrix, extracted verbatim from the RFP |
Each group shows Generation completed or Generating. A green checkmark next to a document means it's ready.
Compliance matrix: This is generated after you approve your suggested outline. Select Open suggested outline to review it.
Use Review all in Prepare and plan to open everything in that phase. Select Close panel to collapse the section.
Pinned artifacts
Pinned artifacts give you quick access to the documents you use most. Typically these are:
- Master response outline: shows how many suggested responses it contains. Select Show RFP to view the source RFP alongside it, or Open to open it.
- Compliance checklist: shows when it was last edited.
- Compliance matrix: appears once it's generated.
Select the pin icon to unpin an artifact. Pinned artifacts also appear under Pinned in the left navigation.
Assigned tasks
This section lists the response sections assigned to you. If none are assigned, you'll see "No sections assigned yet." The proposal manager assigns response sections.
Tips
- Check the working days countdown first. It's based on the submission deadline.
- Review the suggested outline early. The compliance matrix can't generate until you approve the suggested outline.
- Pin the documents you open most.
