The Home page gives you one place to jump into new work, pick up where you left off, and keep track of tasks assigned to you.
What the Home page is for
The Home page is designed for quick access to key actions — creating a new document or project, seeing your recent work in one list, and checking assigned tasks when you have them. The Research Assistant is also available at the bottom of the page, so support is always within reach.
Home page features
New document
Selecting New document takes you straight to a blank document so you can start writing right away.
Create new project
Selecting Create new project starts your project creation workflow. You'll be guided through four steps:
- Project name — name your project and choose a workflow type (Smart Requirements or Smart Questions)
- Upload RFP
- Submission deadline
- Project library
Assigned tasks
This table shows tasks that have been assigned to you, including the project name, title, stage, status, owner, assignee, due date, and page limit/count.
Recently viewed
This section gives you quick access to past work — documents, projects, and workbooks. Select any item to go straight back into it.
Session history
Past Research Assistant or Document Comparison sessions are listed in the left-side menu, organized by date. Select a session to reopen it.
Ask anything (Research Assistant)
The Ask anything bar at the bottom of the Home page gives you fast access to several tools:
- Research & Document Comparison dropdown — switch between the Research Assistant tool and the Document Comparison tool
- Source Providers — choose which sources Research Assistant should pull from, including your Library, specific datasets, or web search. Selections here apply only to that session
- Add Variable — attach one or more variables to any question you ask
- Saved Prompts — access prompts you've saved in the Knowledge Hub, so you can reuse them without retyping
