The Editor is an AI-powered tool for enhancing and generating proposal content directly in your document. It draws on your organization's Knowledge Hub, internet sources, and structured data without requiring you to leave the document. The parts of the Editor are described below.
Ask AI
A free-text field for enhancing, rewriting, or generating content. Ask AI uses whichever source providers are selected — Library, Datasets, or Web Search — to complete the request.
Evidencing transformations
A set of ready-made options — Expand, Explain How, Add Statistics, For Example, Add Case Study, and Search — that pull relevant content from selected sources instead of requiring a written prompt.
Editing transformations
A set of options — Summarize, Improve Grammar, Change Tense, Rephrase, Reduce Word/Character Count, and Word Cutting — that work on text already selected. Editing transformations use only the selected text; they don't draw on external sources.
Write panel inputs
Additional inputs in the Write panel, including We Will and Translate to, alongside further options: Change to AutogenAI tone, Test ToV, Persuasion Suggestions, LinkedIn Post, Thought leadership, and Format.
Assistant
A panel for asking a new question directly, rather than editing existing text. It supports attaching a file, choosing a source provider, and applying a tag before a question is submitted.
Source Providers
A selector for the sources the Editor draws on: Library (all library files), Datasets (all datasets), and Web Search. Selections apply only for the current session.
Gamma Review
A review tool that checks a draft against a specific question and section of the specification (Question and Requirements Pair), or against one or more pre-defined criteria: Approach and Methodology, Evidence, Robustness, Innovation, and Spelling and Grammar.
Comments
A panel showing comments on the document and any replies.
Document Setup
A panel for renaming the document and, where needed, turning on page count, choosing a page format, and setting margins.
Sources
A panel listing the library and web search sources available to the Editor for the current document.
