A checklist to work through before session 1 — ideally in the first week after your kickoff call
Everything below feeds directly into your live sessions — the more of it that's ready beforehand, the more of your training time goes toward your own real proposals rather than setup. Your Implementation Consultant will confirm what's outstanding in your project plan.
Content to bring
- A raw, unanswered RFP to work from live in training — never a generic example.
- A small number of past proposal responses to use as source content in the proposal library.
- Evaluation criteria for the RFP you're bringing, if available.
Platform and access
- All attendees have logged in and can access the platform.
- SharePoint integration set up, if you're using it
- Word add-in deployed, if you're using it
- SSO configured, if you're using it — Optional, available on request.
Before session 1 specifically
- Self-guided orientation completed by everyone attending.
- Session 1 booked and confirmed with your Implementation Consultant.
- Attendees and their roles confirmed in your project plan.
If it applies to you
- Tone of voice questionnaire completed and 3–5 sample documents shared — only if you've requested a custom tone of voice.
Not sure what's outstanding? Your project plan lists exactly what's confirmed and what's still open for your account.
