Tone of Voice is an optional add-on, available on request, that changes the tone of AutogenAI's output to match your organization's preferred style.
What Tone of Voice does
- Tone of Voice changes the tone of text to match your organization's preferred style, providing consistency in messaging and writing.
- Tone of Voice will not meet all the requirements of a full style guide — for example, always formatting numbers a certain way, or always using a certain font or text size.
- Tone of Voice works best to rephrase text so it is stylistically consistent in tone, sentiment, and general structure — e.g. sentence length, formality, jargon level, directness, vividness, or persuasiveness.
How to request one
Complete the questions below and share 3–5 sample documents with your Implementation Consultant (IC) — whichever content, style, and tone best exemplify the outputs you're aiming for. Your IC will build your custom Tone of Voice from these.
