Your onboarding journey
Onboarding is built around a small number of short, focused live sessions plus a self-guided orientation — all using your own real proposal documents rather than generic examples.
Self-guided orientation
A short walkthrough of the platform at your own pace, ahead of your first live session.
Session 1 — Getting to first draft
Hands-on with your own content: navigating the Knowledge Hub, generating a first draft, and using the core Editor tools.
Session 2 — review, refine and win
Reviewing and refining drafted content, and preparing a submission-ready response.
Mandatory live training stays short and focused — respecting your team's time while covering everything needed to write a first proposal independently.
If your team handles a lot of PQQ, resume, or case study work, an optional follow-up session covers that in more depth; it's also where you can bring any other question or live proposal after training. This is confirmed for your account in your Project Plan.

Preparing for training
Live sessions draw on your own real proposal content rather than generic examples, so you get the most value from the time.
- Share a raw proposal pack for use in training, including the evaluation criteria
- Share a small number of past responses or submissions to use as training references
- Confirm all users have logged in and can access the platform
- Set up SharePoint and Word add-in integrations before training begins
