Use a supported browser and clear your cache
- Use an up-to-date version of Chrome or Edge.
- Clear your cache and cookies from your browser settings.
- Allow pop-ups for the AutogenAI site.
- Close the browser fully, reopen it, and try again.
Good to know
- A private or incognito window is a quick way to test whether a cached session is the problem.
- Some features, like the Word add-in, need pop-ups and cookies allowed.
