My workspace is your private area for writing and drafting outside a project.
What is my workspace?
My workspace is where you create documents and Q&A workbooks for your own use. Only you can see what you create here. Use it to draft quickly before you decide whether the work belongs in a project.
My workspace includes:
- Documents: standalone documents you write and edit in the editor
- Q&A workbooks: workbooks for answering sets of questions
- Inputs: reusable details you can bring into your workspace documents
Who can use my workspace?
My workspace is available to users with a full license. Users with a review license do not have access.

When your draft is ready for a bid, move it into a project.
- Click the three dots on the document card.
- Select Move to project.
- Select the project you want to move it to.
- Click the Move button.
Moving a document into a project is how you share it with project members.
Share your work
Documents and workbooks in my workspace are private to you. They can't be shared directly with colleagues.
To work on a document with others, move it into a project. Project members can then open it.
Use my workspace in Microsoft Word
The AutogenAI Word integration works like my workspace. It runs on the document you have open in Word and gives you access to your connected knowledge hub. You don't need to create a project first. Full license holders only.
Troubleshooting
I can't see my workspace. Check your license type. My workspace is available to full license holders only. Contact your organization's AutogenAI admin if you think you should have access.
My colleague can't see my document. My workspace documents are private. Move the document into a project to share it.
I can't find a document. Clear any filters, and check you're in the right project and signed in as the right user.
