Sign in to AutogenAI, and get back in if you're locked out.
This guide covers how to sign in – with a password or single sign-on (SSO) – and the quick checks that solve most access problems.
- Go to your organization's AutogenAI web address.
- Sign in with your password, or select 'Sign in with SSO' if your organization uses single sign-on.
- If you use a password and have forgotten it, select 'Forgot password' to reset it.
Important: SSO access is set up by your organization's admin, not something you can change yourself. For issues with login on the SSO platform, please contact your organization.
Get back in if you're stuck
- Try a private or incognito window to rule out a saved session.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again.
- Check you're using the exact email your account was set up with.
If something isn't working
- SSO shows 'access denied' or loops back to the login page: your access may not be set up yet – ask your organization's admin to confirm your account.
- 'Email not found': check you're using the right email; if your work email has changed, contact Support rather than creating a second account.
- The site won't open on your network: your IT team may need to allow the AutogenAI web address.
