Request a feature or share feedback
- Check with your admin or Account Manager whether the feature is available on your plan.
- Contact Support with your organisation name and the feature you'd like switched on.
- Share any feedback or ideas the same way – we pass them to the product team.
Good to know
- Tell us what you're trying to achieve, not just the feature name – it helps us help you.
- After a feature is switched on, refresh or sign out and back in to see it.
- Some features depend on your plan – your Account Manager can confirm.
