We are excited to share the latest AutogenAI enhancements from March. This month, we focused on making Smart Workflows more reliable and accurate, giving teams more control over proposal design, and improving the day-to-day experience across the platform.
Smart Workflows
Your proposals should reflect how your team actually works. This month, we made significant improvements to both Smart Workflows to help teams produce more accurate, compliant proposals with less rework.
We improved requirement extraction in the Smart Requirements Workflow so that Statements of Work and Evaluation Criteria now show more reliably in the storyboard and compliance matrix. We also refined outline generation in the Smart Questions Workflow following customer feedback, so outlines are better structured and easier to work from on day one.
Benefits:
- More accurate first drafts with better requirement coverage
- Cleaner, more structured outlines from the start
- Fewer compliance gaps to chase down later
What to expect during analysis: While Smart Analysis is running, other AI features, such as the Homepage and Ask AI in the Editor, may be slower. Normal functionality resumes once analysis is complete. A banner will display across the product to let you know when this is happening.

Proposal Design and Export
Create more polished, presentation-ready proposals without switching tools.
You can now align and resize images directly in the Editor using a simple drag handle, with aspect ratio locked automatically. Two new fonts, Azo Sans and Baloo 2, are also now available for teams who need them.
For teams using InDesign, we have increased the template upload limit from 10 to 20 and improved how exported images render, so your branded submissions look exactly as intended.
Benefits:
- Faster formatting with fewer manual adjustments
- More flexibility over how your proposals look and feel
- Consistent, on-brand output ready for submission
Licence Management
Administrators can now manage Full and Reviewer licence types directly within Licence Manager, giving teams clearer visibility over how licences are allocated across the organisation. User managers are also now automatically assigned a licence when a new organisation is created.
Benefits:
- Clearer visibility over licence distribution
- Less admin overhead when onboarding new teams
Platform Reliability
We resolved a number of issues this month that were affecting day-to-day use, including file uploads and file management in the Org Library, login email delivery for user managers, and export to MS Word for content saved from the Homepage. Multiple security vulnerabilities were also patched as part of our ongoing commitment to keeping the platform secure and compliant.
No user action is required for any of these changes.
