We're excited about the upcoming launch of Smart Question-Based Workflows! As with any new feature, there are a few things to be aware of.
What to expect
During Analysis: While smart analysis is running, other AI features (such as research questions on the homepage or Ask AI in the editor) may be slower or temporarily unavailable. This is because the analysis uses all available AI resources to complete as quickly as possible. Normal functionality will resume once analysis is complete.
You'll soon see a banner notification when this is happening.
- If Analysis Stalls: If your analysis appears stuck or is taking longer than expected:Cancel the current analysis and retry
- Note that larger tender packs naturally require more processing time
File Size Limitations: Very large files may exceed our processing capacity. We're improving error messaging to let you know if this happens. If you encounter this, try splitting content across multiple smaller files.
Best Practices for Team Sessions: When working with colleagues, we recommend having one person run the smart analysis, then sharing the resulting proposal with the team to work from. This ensures the best performance for everyone.
