Introducing the New Projects Workflow Experience
We are improving the Projects workflow experience in AutogenAI to make it easier for you and your team to create high-quality responses with greater speed and control. These enhancements will be available automatically in your account.
What’s changing?
You will soon see an updated version of the Projects screen that offers:
A new Outline workspace: Structure responses faster and work more efficiently as a team.
Improved collaboration and editing tools: Make updates and review content with fewer clicks.
A storyboarding tab: Capture ideas and organize content before drafting.
A more reliable workflow: A consistent user experience for everyone on your team.
Better control over content: Manage, refine, and approve responses more confidently.
If you previously had a Resources and Extract tab, this will also change.
The Resources tab and Extract steps have been removed
The same actions can still be performed elsewhere; extractions completed within a project, and private libraries created from the Library page. You can still attach files, manage reference materials, and build structured proposals within the updated workflow.
These changes address known issues and help streamline how you prepare content. Your existing capabilities continue with an upgraded user experience.
Do I need to do anything?
No action is required.
Once the update is live, you will simply continue working in Projects as usual. All new features and layout improvements will be available immediately.
Why is this changing?
Our goal is to simplify your workflow and help teams deliver stronger responses with greater ease and consistency.
