The Editor's New Toolbar

The new toolbar provides the Editor with a refreshed look while making key tools easier to access. You can choose exactly which sources the AI draws from, and the entire experience is now faster, clearer, and more efficient. This helps you draft proposals in fewer clicks and enables new team members to learn, adopt, and excel with AutogenAI even sooner.

We’re rolling out the new Toolbar gradually, starting in November, ensuring a smooth transition and the best experience for all users. The update will reach everyone globally by January 2026.

Capture Pipeline Permissions
Keep your capture work secure with new membership-based permissions. You can now control who can access or edit specific pipelines.Speak to your CSM if you would like to get access.

Q&A Workbooks and Datasets
Results are now more accurate, with better dataset matching and fixed issues around duplicated columns and dates.

Improved LLM Model Ranking
Enjoy faster and more consistent AI performance. The platform now automatically selects the best available language model in your region for higher-quality outputs and better reliability. 

Editor and Workflow
The editor is faster, more stable, and easier to use. We’ve improved proposal speed, added helpful tooltips, and refreshed the outline page for a smoother writing experience.

Accessibility and Usability
Accessibility issues identified in a recent audit have been fixed, menus for Reviewer roles are restored, and interface flickers have been removed for a cleaner experience.

Other Fixes
You can now preview documents before downloading from SharePoint, and Kanban status updates appear instantly across views.
